Just 6 weeks into the 2009 season, Jeff Myers earned an upgrade to Cat 3 with his 4 wins. Congrats, Jeff!

He raced the cat 4 race at the 2009 Cherry Blossom (formally branch brook) 
race and won, then took the trip to the lower providence race and won it also. It is 
nice to see Jeff's hard work paying off. It is nice to be a small part of Jeff's 
success.

Jeff earned 12 points of his own at the Thursday night races in the first 3 months of the 2008 season.  He continued to be one of the dominant riders of that event.  Jeff also earned a 5^th place in the Cat 5 race at the Bethlehem Criterium at Rodale Park in May.  Jeff also completed a 75 mile ride for ALS.

About mid-August, Jeff earned 50 points and the right to move up to the late race at the Thursday night races in Trexlertown. Jeff also placed well in his 2008 races: 3^rd at Alaric Gayfer PA State Criterium Championship; 4^th at the Marlton Criterium; 5^th in the Lehigh Valley Winery Criterium; and in the pack at the Olde Mill Tour of Basking Ridge in Basking Ridge, NJ. Jeff also is training to compete in the International Trade Center Triathlon in Budd Lake, NJ on September 27. As he finishes the season Jeff is ranked by US Cycling 33^rd nationally as a Cat 5 level racer, 6^th in the 30-34 age range, and 2^nd in New Jersey.
